Position: Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Animator

Requirements

• Solid Design Fundamentals: Command of color theory, typography, branding, and layout principles, backed by a strong portfolio.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proven experience collaborating closely with both Marketing teams (for ad assets) and Development teams (for UI/UX visual components).

• Software Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva.

• Modern Content & Motion Graphics: Strong expertise in short-form video editing, motion graphics, animated explainer clips, and engaging promotional visuals.

• Adaptability & AI Adoption: Willingness to explore and integrate AI design and video tools into daily content workflows to optimize speed and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Visuals & Campaign Assets: Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to design eye-catching social media graphics, ad banners, and high-performing promo videos for TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram.

• Development & UI Asset Creation: Work alongside Web & Mobile Developers to design UI elements, app icons, splash screens, vector illustrations, and micro-animations.

• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce dynamic motion animations, product demo explainer videos, and branding clips using After Effects and video tools.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic assets, video content, and application UI components strictly align with brand guidelines across all platforms.

• အခြားအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှု (Cross-Team Collaboration): ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Marketing အဖွဲ့ (ကြော်ငြာဒီဇိုင်းများအတွက်) နှင့် Development အဖွဲ့ (UI/UX Graphic များအတွက်) တို့နှင့် အတူတကွ နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။

• Motion Graphics နှင့် ဗီဒီယို ဖန်တီးနိုင်မှု (Modern Content & Motion Graphics): Short-form Video ရိုက်ကူးတည်းဖြတ်မှု၊ Motion Graphics Animation များ၊ Explainer Video များ နှင့် ဆွဲဆောင်မှုရှိသော ကြော်ငြာ ဒီဇိုင်းများကို ဖန်တီးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• AI Tool များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်မှု (Adaptability & AI Adoption): ဒီဇိုင်းနှင့် ဗီဒီယို ထုတ်လုပ်မှု ပိုမို မြန်ဆန်ဆန်းသစ်စေရန် modern AI Design Tool များကို လေ့လာ အသုံးပြုလိုစိတ် ရှိရမည်။

ပင်မတာဝန်ယူရမည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ (Key Responsibilities)

• Marketing Visuals & Campaign Assets: TikTok, Facebook, Telegram တို့တွင် အသုံးပြုမည့် ကြော်ငြာဒီဇိုင်းများ၊ Banner များနှင့် ထိရောက်သော Promo Video များကို ဖန်တီးရန် Digital Marketing အဖွဲ့နှင့် နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

• Development & UI Asset Creation: App/Web Interface တွင် သုံးမည့် UI Asset များ၊ App Icon များ၊ Splash Screen များ၊ Vector Illustration များနှင့် Micro-animation များကို တည်ဆောက်ရန် Web & Mobile Developer အဖွဲ့နှင့် အတူတကွ လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်။

• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: After Effects နှင့် Video Tool များကို အသုံးပြု၍ ဆွဲဆောင်မှုရှိသော Motion Animation များ၊ Product Explainer Video များနှင့် Branding Clip များကို တည်းဖြတ် ဖန်တီးရန်။
