Position: Senior Mobile Application Developer

Requirements

• Practical Experience Over Credentials: Practical mobile development experience and a proven portfolio take priority over formal software certifications or degrees.

• Full-Stack Mobile Mastery: Strong hands-on experience building production-ready apps using Flutter and native Android (Kotlin), with a deep understanding of full-stack mobile architecture (frontend UI, state management, local storage, and client-side logic).

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills with a proven track record of collaborating closely with related teams—especially the web/backend development team—to integrate RESTful APIs and align data models.

• AI-Assisted Development: Proficiency in utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate UI creation, optimize code, and debug efficiently.

• End-to-End Ownership: Ability to take a mobile application from UI design implementation all the way to Google Play Store deployment, updates, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Mobile App Development: Build, test, and deploy responsive mobile applications for POS, logistics tracking, educational platforms, and specialized enterprise services.

• Web Team & API Integration: Work closely with the Web/Backend team using clear API contracts to ensure seamless data synchronization, low latency, and robust error handling.

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate visual designs into fast, fluid, and user-friendly mobile interfaces optimized for various device screen sizes and orientations.

• Hardware & System Performance: Optimize mobile app performance for offline storage capabilities, Bluetooth peripheral integration (e.g., POS thermal printers), and real-time GPS location tracking.

• လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံကို ဦးစားပေးခြင်း (Practical Experience Over Credentials): တရားဝင် ဘွဲ့/လက်မှတ်များထက် လက်တွေ့ Mobile Application ရေးသားခဲ့သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် ခိုင်မာသော Portfolio ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။

• Full-Stack Mobile ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု (Full-Stack Mobile Mastery): Flutter နှင့် Native Android (Kotlin) များကို အသုံးပြု၍ လက်တွေ့ အမှန်တကယ် အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည့် App များကို ရေးသားခဲ့သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Full-Stack Mobile Architecture (Frontend UI၊ State Management၊ Local Storage နှင့် Client-side Logic) အပိုင်းများကိုပါ နိုင်နင်းစွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• အခြားအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှု (Cross-Team Collaboration): အခြား သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့များ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် Web/Backend Development အဖွဲ့နှင့် နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်း၍ RESTful API များနှင့် Data Model များကို စနစ်တကျ ချိတ်ဆက် ရေးသားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• AI Tool များကို ထိရောက်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်း (AI-Assisted Development): Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini စသည့် AI Tool များကို အသုံးပြု၍ UI ဖန်တီးမှု၊ Code ရေးသားမှုနှင့် Error များ စစ်ဆေးရာတွင် ပိုမိုမြန်ဆန် ထိရောက်စွာ ရေးသားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• အစအဆုံး တာဝန်ယူနိုင်မှု (End-to-End Ownership): Mobile App တစ်ခုကို UI ဒီဇိုင်းစတင်ဖန်တီးသည်မှစ၍ Google Play Store ထဲသို့ တင်ဆက်ခြင်း (Deployment) နှင့် နောက်ပိုင်း ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းအထိ အစအဆုံး တာဝန်ယူနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

ပင်မတာဝန်ယူရမည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ (Key Responsibilities)

• Full-Stack Mobile App Development: POS စနစ်များ၊ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး Tracking စနစ်များ၊ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ App များနှင့် အခြား အထူးပြု ဝန်ဆောင်မှု App များကို တည်ဆောက်ရန်၊ စမ်းသပ်ရန်နှင့် ရေးသားထုတ်လုပ်ရန်။

• Web Team နှင့် API ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း (Web Team & API Integration): ဒေတာများ မှန်ကန်စွာ Sync ဖြစ်စေရန်နှင့် အမှားအယွင်းမရှိစေရန် Web/Backend အဖွဲ့နှင့် အတူတကွ API Contract များကို အခြေခံ၍ နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

• UI/UX Implementation: ပြင်ဆင်ထားသော Visual Design များကို မတူညီသော ဖုန်းမျက်နှာပြင် အရွယ်အစားအမျိုးမျိုးတွင် လျှင်မြန်၊ ချောမွေ့ပြီး အသုံးပြုရလွယ်ကူသည့် Mobile Interface များအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲဖန်တီးရန်။

• Hardware & System Performance: App များ၏ Offline လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းများ၊ Bluetooth စက်ပစ္စည်းများ ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း (ဥပမာ - POS Receipt Printer များ) နှင့် Real-time GPS တည်နေရာကြည့်ရှုခြင်း တို့ကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်အောင် ထိန်းညှိပြင်ဆင်ရန်။
