Position: Senior Backend & Database Architect

Requirements

• Practical Experience Over Credentials: Hands-on full-stack web development experience and a proven project track record take priority over formal software certifications or degrees.

• High-Volume Database Expertise: Deep experience in database design, table partitioning, indexing, and query tuning for high-traffic systems handling millions of records (e.g., School Management Systems, POS, Logistics & Distribution, and ERP Solutions).

• Full-Stack & Mobile API Collaboration: Strong proficiency in full-stack web application development, with experience collaborating closely with mobile development teams through high-performance RESTful APIs.

• Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Willingness to embrace fast-changing technology trends and solve modern system scalability challenges.

• AI-Assisted Development: Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate, optimize, and write high-quality, standardized code.

• End-to-End Ownership: Ability to take full responsibility for backend architecture, database stability, and system security from initial concept through to live deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Architecture & Scaling: Design, normalize, partition, and optimize databases to seamlessly handle heavy user traffic and multi-currency transaction logs.

• API Development & Integration: Design, build, and maintain clean, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs for mobile application integration and external third-party services.

• Full-Stack Web Development: Build robust backend logic, full-stack web modules, and administrative dashboards using Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Node.js.

• Linux Server & Hosting Management: Manage Linux server environments (aaPanel, Apache/Nginx, VPS) to ensure low latency, maximum uptime, and smooth deployment workflows.

• လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံကို ဦးစားပေးခြင်း (Practical Experience Over Credentials): တရားဝင် ဘွဲ့/လက်မှတ်များထက် Full-Stack Web Application ရေးသားခဲ့သည့် လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် ခိုင်မာသော Project သမိုင်းကြောင်းရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။

• High-Volume Database ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု (High-Volume Database Expertise): သန်းပေါင်းများစွာသော ဒေတာများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ရသည့် စနစ်များ (ဥပမာ - ကျောင်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်၊ POS၊ အဝေးပြေး/ကုန်စည် ပို့ဆောင်ရေးစနစ်များနှင့် ERP Solutions) အတွက် Database Optimization၊ Table Partitioning၊ Indexing နှင့် Query Tuning စသည်တို့ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• Full-Stack နှင့် Mobile API ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှု (Full-Stack & Mobile API Collaboration): Full-Stack Web Application များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ရေးသားနိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Mobile App Development အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ High-Performance RESTful API များကို ချိတ်ဆက် ရေးသားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• နည်းပညာသစ်များကို လေ့လာသင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိခြင်း (Adaptability & Growth Mindset): လျင်မြန်စွာ ပြောင်းလဲနေသော နည်းပညာ Trend များကို လက်ခံပြီး ခေတ်မီ System Scalability စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို တက်ကြွစွာ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• AI Tool များကို ထိရောက်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်း (AI-Assisted Development): Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini စသည့် AI Tool များကို အသုံးပြု၍ ကုဒ်များကို ပိုမိုမြန်ဆန်၊ ထိရောက်ပြီး စံချိန်စံညွှန်းမီစွာ ရေးသားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• အစအဆုံး တာဝန်ယူနိုင်မှု (End-to-End Ownership): Backend Architecture၊ Database တည်ငြိမ်မှုနှင့် System လုံခြုံရေးတို့အတွက် စတင်စဉ်းစားသည့် အဆင့်မှစ၍ အမှန်တကယ် စာရင်းဖွင့် အသုံးပြုသည်အထိ အစအဆုံး တာဝန်ယူနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

ပင်မတာဝန်ယူရမည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ (Key Responsibilities)

• Database Architecture & Scaling: သုံးစွဲသူများပြားသည့် Traffic နှင့် Multi-Currency ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ စာရင်းများကို ချောမွေ့စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရန် Database များကို စနစ်တကျ ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲခြင်း၊ Normalize ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ Partition ပိုင်းခြားခြင်းနှင့် Optimize ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

• API Development & Integration: Mobile Developer အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပြင်ပ စနစ်စိုက်ထူမှုများအတွက် သန့်ရှင်းပြီး လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရသော High-Performance RESTful API များကို ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲ တည်ဆောက်ရန်နှင့် ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။

• Full-Stack Web Development: Laravel၊ CodeIgniter နှင့် Node.js တို့ကို အသုံးပြု၍ ခိုင်မာသည့် Backend Logic များ၊ Full-Stack Web Module များ နှင့် Web Administrative Dashboard များကို တည်ဆောက်ရန်။

• Linux Server & Hosting Management: စနစ် လျင်မြန်ချောမွေ့စေရန်၊ အမြဲတမ်း ပုံမှန် လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေရန်နှင့် စနစ်သစ်များ တင်ဆက်ရာတွင် အဆင်ပြေစေရန် Linux Server ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်များ (aaPanel, Apache/Nginx, VPS) ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
